I really appreciate the insights. Having been helped through so many of my own unique challenges, I'm always looking for ways to pay it forward. However, I think I'll put my 'must fix everyone' urges in check on this. They handle themselves very well including interactions and subsequent commendation from C-level executives. It hadn't occurred to me that they very well may already be on their journey of personal improvement while existing in a space of acceptance. Being patient and attentive is something all of us could benefit from. Point taken!
