New Call Center Job

New Call Center Job Hello everyone i’m new to this group. I guess I just wanted to say has anyone here worked in sales something similar to a call center. I’m currently doing training from home and I should be doing calls in about a week or so. I would say my stutter has improved since I was younger but it still sets me back a little. Just want to know if y’all have some tips and tricks on how to be calm and try to work with the customer on the other end.
