Actually if you have a stuttering problem and hear any employee who is making fun of stuttering or a customers stuttering that is discrimination and I can sue the company just for hearing it because stuttering is considered on the spectrum and making fun of it is illegal. Even when people are autistic or have down syndrome and they’re an employee of a company. It’s the same same thing if some employee were to walk up to you and call you retarded you can sue that employee and the whole company because when you call somebody retarded who does have a mental disability calling them retarded is just like calling somebody the N-word. That’s why I want suit and employee for that and not the company. one day after work I clocked out and so did this employee and he called me retarded and then I called my lawyer and slapped a lawsuit on him real quick and then he tried to go to the boss and say it happened in the workplace he’s protected so I have to sue the company. And I told the boss nope he clocked out which means he’s a customer now and a stranger and it’s all legal.
