This is honestly not entirely different to any other scenario here but the obvious thing is to begin with what makes you experience the emotions that trigger stuttering and then work through how to not be swayed by them. For example, my own stutter becomes worse when I am impassioned so I try to be very conscious of keeping myself calm. If I notice that I am getting to excited or irritated I take a step back from the situation mentally and try to divert myself from making it worse.
