Oh yeah I got a 2/5 star review that's keeping me in a horrible department. She waited 8mo to give me my 6mo review putting me at great disadvantage. This stuck up lady brings up a problem and I want to solve it with her. Once I contribute to the convo clearly I have made her uncomfortable and she takes this as and I'm not kidding: she thinks I take criticism poorly. She has put so much in writing. She's such a horrible person and I truly hope she gets passed over for better things in HER professional life because of HER attitude. Truly horrible to gaslight people all day and claim to be a professional. Is a bully but has made statements like "xyz thinks people are out to get her! Doesn't take criticism well!" Wtf is that coming from a bully? I'm for real just having a conversation with her every time she thinks I'm fighting her. She's fully ignorant even though I have provided information about stuttering. Said she was unaware of my disability.... as though I'm making it up? Even went so far as to say I'm LOUD and tell me it's a problem. Other people swear out loud in front of customers and play explicit music while answering calls lol me stuttering is not a problem in comparison. The ADA dept at my job seems to be there to get in the way of accomodations. Multiple times I have tried to file it no answer they say they don't get it or I filled it out wrong but seriously...they told me it's wrong but when I asked how to do it right they said they couldn't help me.... until I filled out the form? It's like I send it and they file it directly into the trash. I'm working a job with a phone and I do the phone function way better than expected. For me, a disabled person with phone trauma. Other people are also sub par on the phone but they make more calls and they don't stutter while they have a bad phone call. There is no recognition that I'm trying at all. It's assumed that I'm not trying at all. people with less experience than me come up and tell me I've got something wrong just to find out THEY have it wrong. Like they are trying to catch me slipping or just want to put someone down. I was initially hired for a part time to full time benefit position. My boss has hired 3 full timers with less experience, they have benefits and there is almost this culture where they too treat me like garbage in order to maintain this professional bully attitude she has. People are horrible.
