What do you guys do when you're having a really bad day?

What do you guys do when you're having a really bad day? Had quite a bad day today regarding my stutter, I try to not let it affect me or my life and I like to think im getting better but (as im sure you all know) some days can be harder than others. Any pick me ups or tips? Cheers
