I definitely agree that desensitizing is a good thing to do, but only because it can help build confidence. I’m a true believer in “fake it till you make it”, because if people see that it doesn’t bother you then it’s going to draw them towards you. It is by NO means easy, believe me it took years for me to understand but once you start adopting that “i stutter and i don’t give a fuck what you think about it attitude” then it’s definitely going to help
