This. It was a very slow, gradual process for me. Took me years. Experience is a big factor IMO. If you keep looking at everything in a very black/white, pass/fail lens, then I've failed a LOT. Job interviews, presentations, you name it. But if you understand that each was a learning experience that led to me directly to where I am now, it's much easier to see where and how I've learned to manage things. Again, this comes with time and experience. Took me years of failed interviews, opportunities... everything, to get here.
