Does jaw structure influence your stutter?
Content
Does jaw structure influence your stutter? My lower jaw is slightly forward-faced. This means my upper and lower teeth make contact more often than it should be. An ideal structure would be that your upper teeth fit slightly over your lower teeth. This is not the case with my teeth however. Could this 'cause' or 'increase' a stutter? Is there research on this? Unfortunately I had a terrible dentist who didn't inform me on this until it was too late, but that's another story lol.
