Yeah bro I'm in my 30s & experienced all the things your talking about and way worse. I think back in the day bullies where worse than today because nobody really cared to protect us. It's not that I care what others think of me at all, it's the fact that if most people disrespect you & don't take you seriously you will never get anywhere in life at all. As a stutterer it seems you really have to be carefull about picking & choosing the people you are going to be around daily like a job or school ect...I don't give a shit what people think about the stuttering I just can't be held back socially with disrespect. 99% of girls/women will not look your way if they see others disrespecting you. And other men will not take you seriously wether they mean to or not because it's a subconscious primal instict...so not caring & being alone/lonely IMO is better than dealing with the stress of possibly having to deal with assholes everyday.
