I like the advice to expose yourself. In therapy I was encouraged to engage in small and meaningless conversations. Like calling a movie theater to ask about showtimes for certain movies. It was pretty good, because I was anonymous so I didn’t feel too exposed but I had to engage with people. Start with small challenges and find confidence in them to take it to the next step.
