Why are most people with a stutter left-wingers/liberals?

Why are most people with a stutter left-wingers/liberals? First of all, before I start this, I want to say this is absolutely not meant to insult left-wingers/liberals or whatever. This is just my general observation. As a person with a stutter myself, I still am a right-winger/conservative. I have observed that the vast majority of people with a stutter are left-wingers/liberals. Why is this? Again, this is not meant in a bad way. I respect everyone, regardless of who they are or what they stand for.
