Are you going to tell me how MY stutter occurs lol? I've had it 3 decades, I know how it happens. One most common word to block on is "hello" and trust me, I'd have to do work hard to stutter on that word. I don't even think it's possible. Never in my life have I stuttered on that sound. Have you? I also block on vowels like "a". When I do force vowels out, it's always a long drawn sound which I don't mind at all, never a repetition. Like I said, anxiety "cures" don't work on me, I don't really overthink my speech. I just open my mouth and sometimes words get stuck. I should've added this disclaimer to the post cause I knew this would happen: "Please don't advise me on how drugs are just a bandaid or regurgitate speech therapy lessons. I know how my stutter works, I have zero anxiety about it and I'm completely okay with having it, except for a few choice situations. The drugs are for certain points in my life like interviews and presentations where I can't afford to not care about how I'd be perceived by the listener "
