I’m a cashier at retail right now. In the beginning, it was horrible because I constantly had blocks and would avoid people just to not talk to them. It’s easier now; it’s hard when people ask you questions and you can’t even respond but honestly i don’t think customers would remember a cashier. I think it’s really good experience though to work through your stutter.
