They laughed at me. I was in school waiting outside the classroom for the teacher to open up (she was running late and the class was already waiting outside it). I leaned up against a wall to wait, none of my friends were there to talk to. A girl (A) and her friend (B) both came up to me, I somewhat knew A, like an acquaintance, so A says: “Hello OP, how’s your day been?” to which I try to reply: “Good thanks, How was your day?” I get stuck on “how” and end up saying “ha” about 4 times before I finish my reply. then they both just laugh at me. At first it started as small giggle but then they full on laugh, A tries to cover her mouth, but then she realises I notice, so she doesn’t try to hide it. By that point most of my class was outside the classroom, so I had nowhere to go to as I was sandwiched along the wall between two people, so I just nod my head at A and B and just look around, they were still giggling and sniggering until the teacher came, which was a good minute or so, it was really awkward. I was even looking forward to speak to them too. I wanted to try and practise my social skills to help me. I felt half confident but when they started laughing I just mentally gave up. I just felt so diminished and pathetic that I couldn't even hold a small conversation. just a vent :( this happened like 1 month ago but I just can’t get it out of my mind.
