The best advice that worked for me is to disclose your stutter either by email before and/or at the beginning of the interview. This allows you to not worry as much about stuttering and instead focus on the content covered in the interview. It’s important you show confidence regardless of how the words are coming out. The biggest thing with this is eye contact, it’s so important to maintain it. I know it’s easy to look away while stuttering but try your best to keep eye contact even through the blocks.
