My first job when I was 14 when my stutter was way worse was as a phone operator at Domino's. Employers looking to hire teenagers often aren't too picky so don't let your stutter stop you from applying. But if you really don't want a talking job. Maybe try like a kitchen job or something like that. McDonalds and places like that will definitely have non customer service roles.
