I like to address the issue and tell them i have a stutter as soon as i appropriately can. Usually they'll reply like "Thats ok that won't be a problems as long you can perform x job role." It makes me more comfortable knowing that they know, because an interviewer isn't going to try and make you feel self conscious but we sometimes project our own unaddressed feelings on others.
