I get all those and words like "remember" are words I often get stuck on. A speech therapist I went to as an adult, a real life saver, taught me to soften my consonants. This doesn't work for the softer sounds you mentioned, but instead of a hard /k/ as in "cat", just soften it like the second /k/ in "cookie" (sorry, this is the best I can do to explain it. It did wonders for my fluency. That doesn't mean I'm cured, but I can speak so much better since trying that out.
