My stutter, probably like many of us, can vary depending on the situation. It is generally on the mild side (I think), but can quickly get severe at times. Talking on the phone and in meetings in large part goes fine. I definitely stutter in pretty much every meeting/call. Interestingly enough, currently there's another person in meetings that also has a speech impediment. It's not a stutter, but it is apparent like my stutter. I've heard nothing negative.
