For me not really but I took many lessons in speaking English better (elocution?) and I feel like when I stutter more the deliberate choices of speaking from those classes wears off and it makes my accent more normal? Or sometimes I substitute and reorganise a sentence in way that is odd and it sounds like I don't know very much English.
