Starting to develop a stutter

Starting to develop a stutter I’m 17 and have just recently started noticing a slight stutter when I get overwhelmed or caught up with my thoughts, and while it isn’t too bad yet I’ve never noticed myself doing this before maybe a month ago. I worry that it could continue developing and cause an issue down the line, how should I tend to this and do I need a speech therapist or something? For context I have General Anxiety Disorder, and my current stutters really are slight, just one or two after a lapse in my thoughts or during social anxiety. Any advice for me to slow or reverse the onset of this would be greatly appreciated :)
