Hi Buddy, I am in my early 20's and I developed a stutter about 4 months ago. First of all, get yourself checked out by some health professionals, make sure the sudden onset of stutter isn't caused by anything serious. Stutter isn't anything to be nervous or worried about, don't stress if you are going to stutter, just get yourself through it and what ever you do, don't avoid saying words. Just breathe and stutter your way through the sentence. Defiantly start looking into seeing a speech therapist as they will teach you techniques to get you through this period in your life. If you need anything, would like to know more.. send me a message as I am going through exactly what you are! Try and have a good day dude!
