Hmm. I imagine it'd be most handy with a message board system set up to enable the utilization of audio clips (as a supplement to regular chat messages). Is there such a thing out there? Haven't noticed anything like it before. So yes, I do think it'd make sense. Both so people can be given the chance to speak in the comfort of the community, but also so others can listen to something other than their own stutter. There are several mindset conditioning aspects involved here, I'd say.
