Hello, I completely understand your frustration; as I also have a stutter. You seem to have knowledge about how to not let stuttering impact your life, but are you applying it? Do not think of your stutter as a disability and do not let it own you. You know who you are and what you have to offer. DO NOT lose sight of that. Losing confidence in yourself will only increase the tension of your stutter. Be the best version of you. If that means waking up earlier, exercising, and seeking social situations DO THAT. I think we all get in a rut sometimes, but don't let it define you. This is just a season of your life, and you'll get through it. Stuttering is a setback yes; but you owe it to yourself to overcome it.
