I’ve found that when you’re hyper aware of it the stutter tends to get worse. All you can do is remain positive and talk talk talk. Never stop talking. Share your opinion and make phone calls. Learning to work with your stutter means facing your fears as hard as it may be. One day at a time. Have a little faith in yourself! Some days are harder then others. Promise.
