My biased opinion, you’re going to do great. It will be a little nerve-wracking at first but you’ll find your confidence and skills naturally improving over time. It’s really important, albeit stressful, work but you’ll find it also gives back, if that makes any sense My degree is in Counseling Psych, did 25 yrs of direct care. I was super quiet and awkward growing up, barely talked to anyone. As I said, it can be a little rough at first, but you’ll be amazed by the growth you make. I have to do a lot of public speaking now, I still get anxious, I still stutter, but it’s ok
