Good luck! I know everybody's condition and severity is different. My stutter was quite severe as a child and basically just seemed to gradually (very gradually) erode away as I got older. There might be something to say in regards to simply making a conscious effort to power through it one day at a time, accept your condition for what it is, and maybe start by simply making an effort to ignore your innate frustration/embarrassment during your blocks and instead accepting that you're going to stutter but that your stutter may improve and erode the less you worry about it. Definitely easier said than done, I know.
