From what I can tell, there isn't any real proof about B1 being of any use for stuttering. Same for magnesium (I've seen studies showing some benefits of magnesium for mood, but it's hard to know if subjects were just deficient in magnesium or if a big dose actually helps). With a normal diet you should get all of the magnesium and B1 that you need (barring an intestinal disorder or something).
