1. I tell them that my speech impediment makes it hard for me to say words sometimes but they just don’t get how it is possible. People know I stutter but whenever I have blocks they just don’t get it because it makes no sense to them. 2. I don’t give up, I try to say the word for a bit but it won’t come out sometimes, then I try to find a synonym. I can get the word out at times but its a fight. I don’t avoid stuttering but its just embarrassing to me and confusing to others when I do.
