Nope, the stuttering and anxiety was the same throughout. If anything, I would say it probably got worse because I felt like I built a reputation at this company and people looked up to me for answers, support, or if they needed to get their message to people from the top. I was essentially their voice. Essentially the pressure not to stutter was higher than before when I first started at a lower position.
