I have worked at 2 call centers currently at one right now. Maybe this is relatable but I find if I have to constantly and consistently repeat words and phrases I don’t stutter. I also use a delayed audio frequency app from my phone and connect to blue tooth in one ear and can hear customers in the other… its helped me on the bad days! I also had really good call handle times and good stats. I think being stutterers we are great active listeners and quick to understand people’s needs which would make us good for a job like this. I put my employers mind at ease as well by telling them I have fluency issues sometimes as stutter but it’s no different then having an accent!
