Software Testing. You don’t need to learn code but will learn how to read it to an extent on the job. A solid amount of entry level testing jobs don’t require a specific bachelors, your background sounds like you would fit in. You can eventually move up from a software tester to a team lead where you track and manage the software features your team is doing. You will need to communicate some but not give presentations and in this environment people are usually understanding of speech impediments and value you for what you bring to the table. Source: I was a software tester for a gov agency for half a year. Started at 72k with no experience, you can make 100k+ within a few years.
