No. They didn't do anything to warrant/deserve resentment. They didn't cause me to stutter. For all I know, they could have something going on with them harder for other people to notice that's could be perceived as worse, or more debilitating. It doesn't help anything and just unnecessarily makes an "us" and "them" thing. I've never had resentment or thought negatively about fluent speakers because I stutter unless they maliciously ridicule me about it.
