I have one as well. It works in situations such as being on the phone or in a quiet room. It doesn't work so well in loud environments. Also, your brain gets used to the coral effect after a while and fatigue can set in. I would record yourself with the device to see if you have decreased levels of disfluency. I stopped using it after I noticed the drawbacks.
