Yes. On bad days my face contracts and my eyes close during a block. This can happen every sentence. I teach at University so I'll leave class wondering and worrying about what the students think. After 12+ years teaching, I guess it has gotten better, generally. Still annoying. What helps? Different things. If I can convince myself not to care, or if I remember that I do have a stutter (duh) so I am not surprised by it, or if I can get back into the mindset of "message before beauty" then it almost disappears... though sometimes it backfires and gets worse (hahahaha! Too funny! Sarc.). In consulting meetings I even find myself saying "excuse me" or "sorry" if there are a lot of new faces and I am blocking or repeating or getting stuck a lot. Early on, the fear of doing it again made it worse. TL;DR Yes it happens to me too.
