Finally a guy on this page that says it like it is. I'm doing the same thing. I started teaching to other students and giving presentations. Getting better and better each time i do it. Sure some time is have a block and sure it sucks some time. But confidence, persistence and not sugercoting stuff is the only way. Stop saying, tomorrow i'm going to call that firm, talk to that girl. All you do is affirming that your scared and be more scared in the process. Pick up take phone, talk to that girl take a job where talking to people is a must. If people see that your not half assing it they will wait. Sure there are people who can't wait or laugh. Let them. You do you, I do me.
