Any software that detects stuttering in speech and removes it?

Any software that detects stuttering in speech and removes it? I like to read church sermons out loud like doing a theather play, and while recording, i notice that in the words I stutter, the voice signals follow a equal partner in a given time interval, and when removed, the speech sounds almost as if there is no stuttering. Wondering if there is a program out there that works or a open source in github? Shouldnt be too difficult to write a program with machine learning to auto detect it and remove it. I know apple has one but not sure if it is accesible. Any one knows any programs out there?
