Well done for taking the first steps in your recovery :) What's really helped me become more at ease with my stammer is talking to people about it. I use a costal breathing technique to control my stammer but one of the best ice breakers is to explain to the person you're talking to that you have a stammer. When they see that you're ok with your stammer then they'll be alot more welcoming of it. That's just speaking from my experiences anyway. Just enjoy it and be proud of who you are and what you've achieved.
