I don't think there's any such mechanic (distraction ---> fluency). You should probably rather work on _not_ getting distracted - by your concerns during speaking. Focus on your own effort instead. That would be the idea there. - But of course, it's a good idea to refer to professionals for these things. You could try speech therapy, as it might be of benefit to you.
