While I've never tried purposely stuttering first, I can vouch for announcing your stutter helps. I've also found that taking a deep breath and saying "I'm the baddest mother\_\_\_\_ in here" also can help bring that anxiety down. Say it to yourself of course! NOT as the first sentence to your presentation lol.
