Honestly, don't take it so seriously! It's just a game If I feel a bit down or uninspired I simply prep less and let my players know in advance I'd like to not focus on Lore and Story today. As a player I rarely prep haha, I just go there, throw in jokes, eat snacks and go home. Don't treat it like a job or anything serious. You're not getting paid
