Yep the same thing happens to me. So one fluency involves linking the words together, and that's what I'm suggesting here. Once you have a little airflow coming out it can be easier to roll into your name. How obviously you want to link them depends on the situation and how likely you think you'll stutter. There is no easy solution to these things, but its good to have a few tricks in the toolbox.
