Think about why you are embarrassed about your stuttering. Think about what you are afraid of? Why? Reason it out in your head. Then talk with others, ask them how they feel about your stuttering. You will find out that most decent humans out there probably won't think critically of your speech as much as you do. Talk with your friends, family, teacher, and other folks in your life about your stuttering to get their impressions on it. Some people don't know how to react to stutterers, so expect this and don't dwell on this. Also some people will always be jerks, just ignore them.
