Yeah that last bit is probably the biggest thing I've learned for my situation. I figured I had a speech problem. I didn't. I had a ''me'' problem. My speech was one overt demonstration of an entire mental state that needed to be improved. There is a former stutterer called John Harrison who wrote about the system of stuttering - basically that it's impossible to think of stuttering in isolation or treating it in isolation. And that was and is my experience. It's all related in my case: mental attitude, fluency, health, quality of life, relationships with others, etc. Improving one improves the others. Very glad to hear you're making progress. That's awesome, and congrats. It's a hell of a journey to go on in my experience.
