I am sorry you are having a tough time finding work. I bet if a client came to you with similar issues of having trouble finding work in their field the past year, you would have some compassion that this a terrible time for everyone looking for work and might recognize that there is more going on in the world that is interfering with getting work than only stuttering. You are not alone, stuttering or not, being 27 and feeling this way! Just speaking from my own experience in the helping professions...especially when doing phone interviews and mask interviews now, a lot of people may not get all of the interpersonal cues that you are stuttering, and misinterpret what is happening. A lot of people don't have a lot of experience with stuttering people, and may not understand what is happening. I know it is scary, but have you ever disclosed up front, or after stuttering, that you are a person who stutters and will likely stutter during the interview? And even farther, thought about some of the good things that being a person who stutters brings to working as a counselor (patience, empathy, perseverance, etc.) This will help contextualize stuttering when it happens, demonstrate that word stumbles are not due to other factors, but just the way you talk, and how you are going to talk with clients to, and that it is ok. It might help interviewers (and you), focus on the more substantive parts of the interview.
