Yea, I usually get around in by adding in a few more words, something like "What's up I'm Andrew" or "Nice to meet you Mark, I'm Andrew." But I still do stutter on my name. I'm 28 now and I've been stuttering on my name for over two decades... and you know what? I'm still alive. Life is good. Just relax a bit... if you stutter on your name it's not the end of the world. Some asshole kid might make a snarky remark but most people will like you either way. When you can be Ok with stuttering you won't carry around all this anxiety all the time. Good luck!
