When I read the comments and look at the post, disappointment is everywhere. Stuttering is both a psychological and neurological issue. Speech therapy really helps those with a physical speech impediment, but for someone who stutters, everything that speech therapists do is ineffective, it's no different than a placebo. It might just burst out again one day, and you live with the fear of that happening. The fundamental way to solve stuttering is to understand the cause. You either stutter because of past instances and fear it happening again, or you fear stuttering in a situation that hasn't even occurred yet—essentially, you're either afraid of the future or the past. The solution lies in staying in the moment and also in not caring. Some will frown upon reading my comment, I know, but it doesn't matter; this is the truth. Speech therapists do nothing but exploit for money when it comes to stuttering. No, there is no magical puff solution; no, you can't just give some money and take a session, therapy, or treatment - nothing like that exists. No, there is no method that can cure stuttering; you will always fear it suddenly bursting out again, and it will \*happen\* because you still care. What I'm saying is the real path to a solution; don't forget, stuttering is not a weakness.
