I had a long period of time with bad stuttering events being constant. I would say I am getting better recently because I’m forcing myself to talk more without hesitating. Usually I think about words I’ll say and which ones I’ll stutter on. I’ve been making a conscious effort not to think like that, and I think it’s helping.
