Is this stuttering or a medical concern like at this point idk?? Background story: so I had a stutter when I was little as a toddler and I had received speech therapy for it. Through middle school and high school my stutter was mild ( In other words like I barely had it and it was non-existent) but ever Since I came to college all hell broke loose ( it came back full force) I guess stress from college made it worst. But recently as we speak the stutter is getting worst. It’s like I’m fluent majority of the time but it’s like certain trigger words get me. Like (M, D, a couple other can’t name frm the top of my head). When I get towards those targeted words it’s like a block and a lot of tension that I can’t control. While I’m blocking I can’t get the word out at all like I scrunch up my face have to use hand movements to get out of the block and the blocks lasts forever I guess like 3 secs. Question is are the characteristics I’m describing normal for stuttering or is this something else? Please respond back like I’m really concerned
